Net profits from this event will be held by the Beckenham Round Table Charitable Trust Fund (Charity number 1051455). BRTCTF provides financial assistance to predominantly local groups and individuals through grants which can be applied for by using an application form which is downloadable from the BRT website, www.rt104.org.uk or by writing to Beckenham Round Table, PO Box 49406, London SE20 7SD.

Great Easter Egg Hunt 2012

Under 11? Nothing to do on Good Friday? Like chocolate?

Hi, parent or guardian, this bit's for you. The Beckenham Round Table Great Easter Egg Hunt 2012 will take place at the Croydon Road Recreation Ground, Beckenham on Good Friday (April 6th) from 10am until 12pm. Entrance fee £2.50 per child.

Each year we try to anticipate the size of the crowd, please be patient everyone will get a turn. The children are asked to collect a number of tokens and then to return to the start to collect a prize. There's no advanced registration, just turn up, pay your money, collect a bucket and start hunting.

New for 2012. This year we are trying to arrange a very special visit from the Easter Bunny and other attractions such as the exciting, eggtastical gaint easter egg draw.

Instructions
 On arrival, please make your way to the marquee/caravan, sign in and pay the entrance fee. Each entrant will be given a pail (small bucket) and a told how many tokens they will need to collect before returning to the marquee to collect your prize (chocolate). The number of tokens required will be based on their age with the older children being asked to collect the most. Everyone who enters will receive a prize. Please make sure all entrants are accompanied by an adult (that's someone over 18) at all times. To ensure everyone gets a fair go, we limit the number of people collecting at any given time. At peak time (10am-11am) you may need to queue for a short time.
