*Unaccompanied children will be required to provide proof of age, for example, a bus pass or school id card, to gain entrance at the concessionary price. Failure to provide proof of age when requested, will result in entrance being refused unless an adult ticket is purchased.
**Concessionary price: those in full-time education accompanied by a parent or guardian under the age of 16, those receiving income support and or other state benefit, and those over 60: may obtain reduced price admission on production of proof of entitlement. Failure to provide proof of entitlement when requested, will result in entrance being refused unless an adult ticket is purchased.
Access
There are two entrances to the park open on the night, the main entance is on Croydon Road and a second on Village Way.
Alcohol and fireworks
Conditions set by the licencing authority and insurance policies prohibit the consumption of alcohol and use of personal fireworks, including sparklers at this event. Please do not attempt to gain access with these items as it may cause offence if the you are asked to relinquish them on the gate.
Getting there
There is a very limited amount of parking available in near by streets so, we recommend that you use public transport. Nearest Rail: Beckenham Junction, Clock House, Elmers End. Tramlink: Beckenham Road. Buses: 54, 194, 227, 351, 352, 358, 367.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in writing if the event is cancelled in advance or abandoned on the night. The event will only cancelled or abandoned in accordance with guidelines/ conditions as set out in Round Table procedural and policy documentation, copies of which can be obtained by writing to: Beckenham Round Table, PO Box 49406, London SE20 7SD.
